The use of Studio Moda 49 models is permitted:

• For personal use: You may not share Studio Moda 49 patterns and instructions with third parties, or post the patterns and instructions online for public access using the Internet and other digital networks. Failure to comply with these rules is a violation of United States copyright law and will result in the offender's liability. Illegal use or distribution will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• For commercial purposes: It is permitted only for the making of custom-made clothes and the creation of clothing collections, provided that the patterns are used only in production without subsequent distribution to individuals.

Personal account: access and data storage

The user's personal account is designed to facilitate the use of the site, storage of purchase data, communication with the support service and participation in distance learning courses.

• Access to personal account: Access is opened automatically at the first purchase made by the user or through self-registration on the site. Access is organized by entering a login (e-mail address) and a password, the data of which are sent by e-mail simultaneously with the first purchase or after self-registration on the site.

• Data Security: The seller guarantees the security of the purchase data in the personal account for 1 year from the date of purchase. To ensure the security of the purchased product to download for an unlimited period, it is requested to save it on your own media.

In case you acquire a free sewing pattern (listed in the "free patterns" category of the website), a letter containing useful materials applicable to the chosen pattern will be sent to you and your email address will be included in the Studio Moda 49 newsletter list. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any letter you receive.

Refund Policy

Patterns are non-refundable.
